Order Processing Time

Items I have already produced and are sitting in stock are listed as "on shelf", these items generally ship out in 2-3 business days.

 

Items not listed as "on shelf" will be crafted and shipped within 7-10 days of receipt of payment. If for some reason this cannot be done, I will contact you directly.

Custom orders may have a longer production lead time.  If this is the case, I will discuss this with you at the time of the order.

Overtime Policy (rush orders)

For any customer who would like their order faster than my standard turn-around time, please contact me prior to purchase and upgrade to “rush” turn-around of 1-2 business days. The “rush” fee is $25, which covers my overtime. In fairness to everyone, rush does not mean “cut to the front of the line”. Instead, if you need your order faster than normal, I will work overtime hours to get it done, and no one else’s order will be delayed.

Packaging & Gift Wrapping

All items are shipped in plastic-free packaging.  Gift Wrapping is available, contact me directly for options and pricing.

Shipping Policy

Shipping costs vary depending on the item and your location. I always look for the most affordable option for you. I will combine shipping costs for multiple items, and offer free shipping on orders over $50

Missing, Lost, or Damaged Items

If your package does not show up within the expected timeframe, please contact me and I will do my best to fix the situation! However, I do not consider a package “lost in transit” until it has been a full 30 days from the date of shipping, and I will not replace or refund an order before then. Please note any refunds for missing packages will be issued as store credit.

 

If your item is damaged in transit. First, I will cry. Then I will ask that you send photos of the damaged item, so I may replace or refund your item. Please note any refunds for items damaged in transit will be issued as store credit.

Customs

I do not accept responsibility for any customs issues, costs, or refusals. If you are concerned about your country’s customs laws or costs, please investigate before purchase. If a package comes back from customs in its original condition, I will of course refund the purchase price.

Return & Exchange Policy

I want you to be 100% happy with your order and I will do whatever I can to resolve any issues!

 

I offer a 10-day return or exchange policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me within 10 days of receiving it.

 

The following conditions apply:

  • The item in must be in original condition and packaging.

  • I will refund the full purchase price upon receiving the item, not before.

  • Returns will be made in either the original method of payment or store credit.

  • I cannot accept returns of custom orders.

  • I cannot repay postage/delivery charges.

  • Any added upgrades to your order such as "rush" or giftwrap are nonrefundable.
