Store Policies See Polices regarding Shipping & Returns in their own section Here's the Boring Stuff Privacy Policy This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control. Information I Collect To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information such as your name, email address, postal address, and payment information. Information Sharing and Disclosure Information about my customers is important to my business, and your privacy is important to me . I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services. Compliance with laws. Have Questions? Is this food-safe/mircowave safe? Can I put it in the dish washer? All my ceramic pieces are food-safe, oven, microwave, and dishwasher safe, unless specifically indicated. Items with metallic overglazes should not go in the microwave and should be hand washed. Raku pieces are described as “for decorative use only” due to the nature of the Raku firing process these pieces are not watertight or food-safe. How long will this take to get to me? Will I get it in time for (insert holiday here)? First, take a look at my Shipping & Returns section for general policies. If you have a rush or special request, contact me directly; I love to help when I can. Can you paint me? my kids? my dog, cat, hamster?" Why yes I can. Shipping & Returns Box or Bag Order Processing Time Items I have already produced and are sitting in stock are listed as "on shelf", these items generally ship out in 2-3 business days. Items not listed as "on shelf" will be crafted and shipped within 7-10 days of receipt of payment. If for some reason this cannot be done, I will contact you directly. Custom orders may have a longer production lead time. If this is the case, I will discuss this with you at the time of the order. Overtime Policy (rush orders) For any customer who would like their order faster than my standard turn-around time, please contact me prior to purchase and upgrade to “rush” turn-around of 1-2 business days. The “rush” fee is $25, which covers my overtime. In fairness to everyone, rush does not mean “cut to the front of the line”. Instead, if you need your order faster than normal, I will work overtime hours to get it done, and no one else’s order will be delayed. Packaging & Gift Wrapping All items are shipped in plastic-free packaging. Gift Wrapping is available, contact me directly for options and pricing. Shipping Policy Shipping costs vary depending on the item and your location. I always look for the most affordable option for you. I will combine shipping costs for multiple items, and offer free shipping on orders over $50 Missing, Lost, or Damaged Items If your package does not show up within the expected timeframe, please contact me and I will do my best to fix the situation! However, I do not consider a package “lost in transit” until it has been a full 30 days from the date of shipping, and I will not replace or refund an order before then. Please note any refunds for missing packages will be issued as store credit. If your item is damaged in transit. First, I will cry. Then I will ask that you send photos of the damaged item, so I may replace or refund your item. Please note any refunds for items damaged in transit will be issued as store credit. Customs I do not accept responsibility for any customs issues, costs, or refusals. If you are concerned about your country’s customs laws or costs, please investigate before purchase. If a package comes back from customs in its original condition, I will of course refund the purchase price. Return & Exchange Policy I want you to be 100% happy with your order and I will do whatever I can to resolve any issues! I offer a 10-day return or exchange policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me within 10 days of receiving it. The following conditions apply: The item in must be in original condition and packaging. I will refund the full purchase price upon receiving the item, not before. Returns will be made in either the original method of payment or store credit. I cannot accept returns of custom orders. I cannot repay postage/delivery charges. Any added upgrades to your order such as "rush" or giftwrap are nonrefundable.
